Dundee Hills Sour

Build in a rocks glass:
2 oz Single Pot Still Oregon Whiskey
1 tsp simple syrup*
2 dashes black walnut bitters
Add a large ice cube
Garnish with an orange twist after expressing oils over the drink

simple syrup: easy to make at home, just add equal parts sugar (raw or turbinado recommended) and water to a pot and heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool, transfer to a bottle and store in the fridge for use.

.75 oz Verjus
.75 oz simple syrup

Build in a mixing glass:
1.5 oz TRIT Whiskey
.75 oz Bruto Americano, infused with toasted coconut
.75 oz Dolin Rouge
3 drops of smoked Orange bitters

Stir in a mixing glass with ice x 30 seconds, then strain into rocks glass over large cube.
Garnish with pineapple frond & orange twist.

Ribbon Ridge Sour

2 oz. Brixeur Rye finished in Pinot Noir Casks

1 oz. Trisaetum Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir

1/3 oz. lemon juice

1/3 oz. simple syrup

Add Rye, lemon juice and simple syrup into a mixing glass and stir with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass and top with Trisaetum Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir.

Garnish with a slice of orange and bordeaux cherry.

Dry Manhattan

3 oz. Brixeur Rye finished in Riesling Casks

1/2 oz. Pinotsmyth Dry Riesling Vermouth

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Add Brixuer Rye finished in Riesling Casks, Pinotsmyth Dry Riesling Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters to a shaker filled halfway with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Preakness on the Rocks

3 oz. Brixeur Bourbon finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Casks

1.5 oz. Carpano Antica

0.5 oz. Benedictine

1 dash Bitter Truth bitters

Add the Brixeur Bourbon finished in Cabernet Casks, Carpano Antica, Benedictine, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain over a cube of ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with candied cranberries.

Oregon Oaked Banana Fashioned

2 oz Bull Run Oregon Oak Single Malt

.5 oz Giffard Banane Du Bresil

2 dashes chocolate bitters

1 dash orange bitters 

Stir with ice in a mixing glass, strain over a large cube, and use dehydrated orange wheel or fresh orange zest as a garnish.

Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice:

1-2 ounces Ewing Young Rye Mash Whiskey

Squeeze the juice of ¼ fresh orange into the glass

Pour to the top with Cock & Bull Ginger Beer

Garnish with half an orange slice and a sprig of fresh Rosemary or Mint

Tart Cherry Madeira Rye

1½ ounces Ewing Young Madeira Barrel Finished Rye

2½ ounces tart Cherry juice

½ ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ teaspoon Honey Syrup (half water, half honey, heat to boiling then cool)

2 dashes orange bitters

Stir with ice and serve in a coupe glass.  Garnish with an Amarena cherry.

2 parts Killdeer Bourbon or Rye

1 part Cynar

1 part Aperol

Garnish with an orange twist

1oz Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur

2oz Ginger Beer, Orange peel twist

Serve over ice and stir.

1/2 oz Ransom Sweet Vermouth
