Brixeur Spirits is a family-owned and operated craft distillery in Oregon's Willamette Valley founded by the team at Trisaetum Winery in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins made with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in a myriad of repurposed Pinot Noir, Cabernet, and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots.
What We Offer!
Spirits tastings with a choice of clear, mixed, or barrel-aged options. Each tasting includes three spirits and two mini cocktails.
We have three spirits clubs for both local (Oregon) and national (45 states): a clear, mixed, and whiskey enthusiast club. These are all fully customizable.
Speakeasy Sessions which are themed-cocktail and food pairing flights on select evenings.
